Scout Network (Ages 18–25)

Scout Network is where adventure meets adulthood.

It’s Scouting for 18–25 year olds — designed to fit around study, work, travel, and everything else life throws your way. Whether you want to keep going with outdoor adventures, run community projects, or just meet up with like-minded people, Network is built by and for its members.

You don’t have to have been a Scout before — just bring your energy, ideas, and sense of fun.

What does Network do?

  • Adventure and outdoor events
  • Social meet-ups and District hangouts
  • Volunteering, mentoring and leadership
  • International expeditions and camps
  • Work towards top awards like:
    • King’s Scout Award
    • DofE Gold
    • Explorer Belt
    • Scouts of the World Award

How it Works

Network is a national section, but each District local activity. In our District, we help Network members connect with each other and with volunteering or leadership opportunities across groups and events.

Many Network members also choose to give back by:

  • Volunteering as adult leaders
  • Supporting camps and events
  • Mentoring Explorers and Young Leaders
  • Helping with specialist roles (e.g. media, tech, logistics)

Join or reconnect with Scouting today

Whether you’re a lifelong Scout or brand new, Network is an open door. If you’re 18–25 and looking for something meaningful, adventurous and fun — we’d love to welcome you. (You can supply your own details for “Parent”!)
